Who we are
Parche Dulcero is a Colombian community project that promotes human rights, harm reduction, collective care, and access to reliable information for LGBTQIA+ people and other communities that use psychoactive substances in recreational or sexualised contexts.
What we do
We work from a harm and risk reduction approach, pleasure-centred agency, sexual health, and community care. We want people to make informed and consensual decisions about their body, their health, and their sexuality.

Why it exists
The lack of accessible information about sexualised substance use, health, safety, and rights for LGBTIQ+ people and sex workers still leaves major gaps in programmes, care pathways, and public policy. Parche Dulcero exists to respond to that need.

Parche Dulcero brings together an interdisciplinary network with experience in community work, human rights defence, health, social research, public policy, and support for diverse populations.
It brings together community organisers, activists, social scientists, health and access-to-medicines professionals, as well as people with experience in prevention, promotion, and territorial work.
